Thank you so much for visiting our site! You may be wondering, "Who is the West Visalia Church of Christ?" We are an active congregation of believers, dedicated to following the Bible and sharing Jesus with the world. We know it is hard to find a church home. We know many have been turned off of Christianity because of religious tradition and hypocrisy. You will find us to be different from many of the churches you have visited in the past. Give us a chance to show you what makes us different.

love our lord

Our first and foremost purpose as a church is to love and serve our Lord. The first and greatest command according to Jesus is to "... love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind" (Matthew 22:37). We assemble often to demonstrate our love to God through praise, prayer and study. Our worship services are friendly, encouraging, biblical and Jesus centered. We try our best to dig deep into the Bible and follow God's will in every part of our lives. Are you the type of person who is interested in honest and relevant Bible study? If so, come visit one of our services. We also show our love for our Lord by reflecting His love toward...

We are a church that cares about others and is always looking for a way to serve you! We cannot call ourselves a "church of Christ" if we are not showing love for community. The second greatest command is to "love your neighbor as yourself" (Matthew 22:39). There are many ways that we as a congregation show love for our community. Whether it is through feeding the hungry or evangelistic outreach, we are concerned about meeting the spiritual and physical needs of others. Are you interested in serving others too? If so, come check us out! Not only do we focus on showing love for our Lord and our community, the final part of our threefold purpose is to love...

each other

The church is called the "household of God" (1 Timothy 3:15). This means that we are family. Are you looking for a spiritual family to belong to? Are you looking for a place of love and kindness? Are you tired of feeling like you are alone? Come check us out. We are not a perfect people, but we are trying our best to serve our perfect Lord. Would you like to serve Him too? Let's help each other. Our congregation has many programs, classes, small groups and other ways to get involved. No one is an outsider, we consider all members to be "family", and as a church family we are constantly looking for ways to show our love and care toward each other!
